Ingredients: Cabbage (Bandh gobhi or patta gobhi) : 1 cup, finely shredded Onions: ¼ cup, finely chopped Green chilies: 2 -3, finely chopped Ginger paste : ½ tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped Turmeric powder (Haldi): ½ tsp Gram flour (Besan): 4 tbsp Red chili powder – ½ tsp Garam masala : a pinch Coriander powder
Patta gobhi ki sabji is very easily made and is part of everyday menu. Serve it with hot chapatis/paranthas.
