Ingredients: Bhindi (okara/Lady’s Finger) - 20, medium  or small sized Onion – 1, medium sized , cut in big square pieces Besan (Gram flour) - 1/4 cup Garam masala – 1/4 tbsp Roasted zeera (cumin) powder – 1.5 tbsp Haldi (Turmeric)- 1/4 tbsp Mango powder – 1/2 tbsp Fennel powder (Saunf) – 1.5 tbsp Dhania

  Ingredients: Bhindi (okara/Lady’s Finger) Cumin seeds (Zeera) – 1/2 tsp Bharwa masala – 2-3 tsp Salt to taste Cooking oil Directions: Wash and dry bhindi properly otherwise it would become sticky while frying. Cut bhindi length wise. If you want you can even split them. Heat enough oil in pan and splutter zeera. Deep
