Chura Bhuja


Chura/chiwra (flattened rice) – 1 cup
Onions – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Green chillies – 2-3, finely chopped
Roasted  papad – 1-2, crushed
Salt as per taste
Cooking oil


  • Heat 3-4 tbsp of  oil in a pan
  • Slightly cook finely cut onions and green chillies.
  • Lower the heat and stir fry chura/chiwra.
  • Add salt and crushed roasted papad and give it a thorough mix.
  • You can enjoy chura bhuja with tea.
