Chatpata Aloo Pakoda (Spicy Potato Puffs)
Boiled potatoes – 2 medium sized
Bread – 2-3 slices
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Green chillies – 2-3
Onions chopped – 3-4 tbsps
Red chilli achar (pickle) masala – 2-3 tsps
Sooji (Semolina) – 2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Any cooking oil
- Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
- Add mashed bread slices.
- Add and mix the remaining ingredients.
- Make balls out of the mixture and deep fry till they are golden.
- Serve hot with chutney.
